I SURPASSED my goal weight of 130lbs and I’m at 128.5 lbs today 😭
I have lost 2️⃣9️⃣ pounds from being on this amazing plan that has changed my life forever 🤗🥬🥦🍋
I started my journey with @21daymealplan & @myadventuretofit on August 13th when I weighed 157 lbs. I told myself I was gaining too much weight and I started hating myself and my body. So I kicked the junk food to the curb and I changed my eating habits and lifestyle which help me achieve my goal today and gained my happiness back 🌟
As I said before, this is only the beginning.. it’s time to step into the gym and move onto my next goals, one day at a time 💪🏼👊🏼
