I SURPASSED my goal weight of 130lbs and I’m at 128.5 lbs today 😭 • I have lost 2️⃣9️⃣ pounds from being on this amazing plan that has changed my life forever 🤗🥬🥦🍋 • I started my journey with @21daymealplan & @myadventuretofit on August 13th when I weighed 157 lbs. I told myself I was gaining too much weight and I started hating myself and my body.
