starting off the week with some abs + core! i try to keep my abs and core engaged throughout all my exercises, but i have seriously been slacking on working them on their own! so here we are slamming out this circuit!

6️⃣ weighted russian twists
7️⃣ knee tucks
8️⃣ in and outs
