My motivation is almost none existent! My resolution was to go in the mornings instead the evening 🙄 I have gone once in the morning since the 1st 🤦🏼‍♀️

To anyone wanting to follow up with those damn resolutions may I suggest to eventually reframe in to small habits? Like instead of go lift 4 times , literally divide by 2 , start with twice a week and once you have mastered this milestone, work on going 3 time etc... We so often want to go too fast too soon and then beat ourselves up we’re doing this ‘ extreme ‘ we thought was totally possible one day to the other 😆😅 Also I promise you won’t regret listening to Rich Roll podcast about Atomic Habits 😃🎉 It’s in YouTube or for free on Spotify for ex, and looks long but is SO interesting and full of actionable ways to stick to your good habits and ditch the ones that don’t serve you anymore 😊 I listened to it bits by bits 10 min there, 20 min there, took a few notes and seriously 2019 resolutions are on point for... the first time pretty much 😄🎉
