Anyways 24 more days of #summershredding & I cannot wait to show you guys the final results 🤩 I had my lowest weigh in ever this morning, (151) also hopefully starting this week I’ll be having some new content for you guys 😄. Also side note: some amazing things that help me while cutting. 1. Tang zero calorie flavoring for waters. 2. Protein Chips 3. CARDIO. 4. Consuming all my macros by the latest 6pm. (I start my day at 5am). Then peeing in the morning then stepping on the scale for an accurate weigh in. 5. 8 hours of sleep AT LEAST. 6. Progression pictures all angles. This is how you see what’s changing!!! Just in case your aren’t noticing the change. 7. Supportive family & friends. 8. Track EVERYTHING YOU PUT IN YOUR BODY. (Carbs, Protein, Fats). Really try to realize how much your consuming a day. 9. @jsunanday is a magic macro wizard 👀🔮 💪🏻 That’s all I got for now :D!!!
