Just thinking back on last month’s RUSH event with @underarmouruk and reminding myself to treat myself like my own athlete. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Not to get caught up in just aesthetic goals, but also performing well. In fact, often when you focus first on this, you end up looking better anyway...⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ This mindset creates an all round holistic approach to your life. The way you eat, fuelling your body. The amount you sleep and rest to allow optimal recovery. Looking at how much stress you carry in your daily life. The priority of looking at injuries as something you must work around whilst rehab, this is a skill I’m getting better at. Great pics👍...My goal is definitely to feel good and stay in shape. Also one kinda depends on the other. I don't mind workout on my own but it's so much more fun in a group. Love that you smile and laugh a lot. I bet it's super fun to workout with you....😊🤗
