EVENING CHILL!🍦🌞⁣ ⁣ What do you guys like to do to relax? ⁣ ⁣ You know what one of the most common questions I get when I meet people is ‘do you ever just take days off your strict diet?’.⁣ ⁣ And the answer is that I’m not actually super super strict. I think it’s so important to keep the foods in that you enjoy, as long as you understand the foods you’re eating, and the amounts, and what you still need to achieve to hit your goals.
