PROGRESS MINDSET ⁣🧠 ⁣ Probably one of the biggest challenges along your fitness journey, can be that results can take time. ⁣ ⁣ For example, even if you have a PERFECT day today in your training, your nutrition, and everything else, that would only bring you a small result for tomorrow. (If only it all happened over night 😆). For big results, you have to replicate that day numerous times consecutively, to build the momentum. ⁣ ⁣ It’s a tough mindset to accept if your current approach is wanting things quick, or looking for a shortcut, or looking for a quick fix. If you’re looking for that, then you’ve already failed in my opinion. ⁣ ⁣ It’s also tough, if you have a long way to go. And often when the mountain is so high, it intimates you to even make a start. But even a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. And later in the journey you’ll be so proud of yourself when you realise how far you’ve come. ⁣ ⁣ I agree, and understand, that seeing quick results will fuel more motivation to continue, and honestly if you are consistent with everything then you will see and feel small things happening within a matter of days and weeks! ⁣ ⁣ If you make it through that initial stage, then you’re more likely to make your fitness lifestyle a habit, and keep at it long term, which will bring you the big results that so many of us want!⁣ ⁣ One of the many reasons why I created the #CrockFit 1 Year Plans!
