As I look at this photo thinking what what I’m going to write, all I can do is smile. ⁣ For the first time in my life I just feel really proud. Proud of my practice, my love life, home life, family life, money life, work life, Friend life, my relationship with my Self life, doing things for me life.⁣ I don’t think I’ve ever really stopped and gave myself credit for working so damn hard to have the life I do. Please don’t think it was easy and that I was handed anything - I’ve worked my ass off in all categories of my life - Work-Love-Family-All of my Relationships. I gave my blood sweat and a million tears to find Patience-Gratitude-Connection and Self Worth and everything I went through, every thing I struggled through, was all worth it to get here. To this very moment of just saying “Ali, I’m so proud of you.” ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Have you stoped and took recognition for all that you’ve accomplished in your life? Small and large Accomplishments? Really beautiful post. It's amazing what you do and what you've accomplished. Obviously you didn't wake up one way with this ability and it took lots of hard work. What's amazing is how you share your accomplishments with your community to show it's possible and you're real and hard work, drive, and practice is what can get them there too. ❤❤
