Hi @alyssakfit Love your workouts! Question: it is all about training the butt these days, but I really need to train my upperlegs and slim down there. What do you advice to loose fat on your upperlegs? Thank you so much💕

I have what you would call a back with a crack! Seriously! I really need to build up my butt. Plus I have back issues. I’m thinking it will improve my back to strengthen my butt?
