Another very common mistake(and pretty dangerous one as well) is lifting the butt when the knees gets closer to the chest, which is a compensation made due to heavy weights and itโ€™s hurting your back!

How hard you can push it by your hands? You can barely contribute to your legs by your hands. All weight is on your legs no matter what. I donโ€™t reckon that there is something wrong with it. Just placebo and makes you feel better.

Just because you place your hands on your legs doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re using them to โ€œpushโ€. Itโ€™s a more natural position to place the hands there.
