Rinse and dry strawberries, then hull and slice in half. Set in a bowl and top with coconut sugar and optional vanilla. Stir to combine, then allow to sit for 30-60 mins, or until natural juices begin to release. 2. Once the strawberries are ready, cook fruit toast and top with coconut yoghurt, macerated berries, baby mint leaves and a drizzle of maple. Enjoy immediately.
