Cinnamon Roll ‘Quest Bars’ 🥨 - Warm, gooey Cinnabon’s are one of my all time favourite foods - but they’re a pain in the ass to make from scratch and here in Australia, we have very few options for really amazing store-bought ones 😒 - So, I decided to take matters into my own hands - my own really lazy, minimal effort hands - and create a treat that matches the flavour of a Cinnabon spot on, comes packed full of protein and is ridiculously easy to make. - These bars are a little fluffy, a little fudgy, sweet but also wholly indulgent - and if you microwave them for 10 seconds, you’ll transcend this humble protein bar into a whole new level of Cinnabon Heaven. Enjoy 😇 - Ingredients: ▪️40g @happywayau vanilla Pea protein powder ▪️25g @happywayau Vanilla whey protein powder (vegan: 10g extra pea protein + 15g sticky sweetener) ▪️50g runny almond butter (or nut butter of choice) ▪️20g oat flour ▪️20-30ml almond milk ▪️All the cinnamon ▪️1-3 tsp granulated natural sweetener - Method: 1️⃣In a mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and stir to combine 2️⃣Pour in the almond milk and nut butter, and continue stirring. 3️⃣Using your hands, start to mould the mixture into a dough, and roll flat onto a piece of baking paper. 4️⃣Dust with extra cinnamon and granulated sweetener 5️⃣Place your protein dough in the fridge to set for at least an hour, before cutting into 5 bars. - Keep chilled. - ✔️Serves: 5 protein bars ✔️Macros: 109 calories, 9P/5C/6F ✔️Code for @happywayau: HAPPYSTEPH @betterbeingsteph betterbeingsteph Steph
