I currently train Abs 2x a week and I perform 4-5 exercises to hit my entire Core!!!! —

1. Perform 10 full sit ups, then immediately perform 2 rounds of 4 reps for each side of this Russian twist variantion.
2. Side Plank with Oblique Twist 3x12-15 e
3. Up down planks 3x30secconds
4. Weighted toe Taps 3x15
5. Plate loaded Decline Sit Ups 3x12-15
