You cannot burn fat off your stomach by doing a bunch of different ab exercises every day. In other words, you cannot “crunch” away fat. However, your abdominal muscles can be strengthen and built up just like any other muscle on your body.

✅ consistently consume a nutrient dense, clean diet (this can mean that you’re eating in a caloric deficit)
✅ consistently follow a structured workout program that includes a combination of strength training, HIIT, & cardio
✅ consistently work on strengthening your core through bodyweight ab exercises and weighted ab exercises
Remember that genetics, hormones, sleep & so much more play a large role in defining your stomach. But there are still lots of things that you can do to work on getting a six pack but this is a great place to start.
