⁣IT’S OK TO EAT BREAD!! 🤔🤯🤩⠀ ⠀ I can’t even begin to explain how much I hate it when someone tells me they’ve lost ‘X’ amount of weight from cutting out carbs, specifically bread 😔. ⠀ ⠀ I’m like.. WHYYYY (bread is life 😫). Honestly, bread is NOT the enemy 🙅🏼‍♀️. It’s a carb. Yes wholemeal bread will keep you fuller for longer (so if you’re dieting I would advise wholemeal over white), but usually the calorie content is roughly the same 🤗.⠀ ⠀ Stop demonising foods! Specific foods aren’t the issue. If you’re wanting to lose weight then simply moderate how MUCH of something you have ☝🏼⠀ ⠀ So… instead of having 4 slices of toast, have 2. Instead of having a large bagel, have a bagel thin.. etc. Another way to do it is, if you’re a serial snacker like me 🙊(rice cakes are my downfall haha) then thats fine BUT.. moderate your carb intake elsewhere.
