Use a heavier dumbbell and also wrap the band one more time around it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3️⃣ Hip Thrusts - 4x12. Forever favorite booty exercise! 4️⃣ SS* Kickbacks & Split Squat 3x12 KB/10 SS.
