What are you doing to earn good health? What actions are you taking daily to deserve better health? • When I look back on my younger days and take an account of my daily practices, the raw truth is that I earned and deserved the poor gut health that I had. • From IBS symptoms, acid reflux, bloating and severe lower abdominal pains that would flare up. I had some pretty miserable days with my digestive symptoms. • I know better now, But maybe you can identify with some of these: I rarely had more than 6 hours of sleep, skipped breakfast, drank 2-5 cups of coffee per day, was “too busy” to cook and make food so I ate out a lot, ate fast food when I was on the run, rarely sought out nutritious Whole Foods. I drank too much alcohol almost every weekend. Would be stressed out most days and never really found time to rest/meditate or shut my brain off. My free time was spent in doors watching tv and playing video games and the majority of the fluids I had came in the form of soda or Gatorade. 🤦🏻‍♂️🙃 • Those were just some of my unhealthy habits and when I put it all together, is it really any surprise that I messed up my health? • How about you? Have you ever taken an account of all the things you do in a regular day? List out everything, then next to each item put a (+) next to the things that improve your health and a (-) for those that degrade health. • Your list might surprise you, like it did me! However, you’ll also have a list for you to work with and can start implementing one change, one healthy habit or practice into your life at a time! 🤗 • What kind of health are you earning? “You reap what you sow” • @functionalmeddoc #DrMikeLim @functionalmeddoc functionalmeddoc DR MIKE LIM

You should write a book about health and functional medicine Dr. Mike. In my country, functional medicine does not yet exist, but I have read a lot of things and experiences in functional medicine and I am sure this is the answer to many unanswered health problems. I will be able to learn a lot from you if I can follow and learn from you through your tube or video if you have one
