Stop judging your body.. These type of things will frustrate you! Out of sight.. out of mind! Digestion begins in the brain. Seeing food can make you want more (Like me) even if youʼre not hungry. Get rid of trigger foods! Get moving! Simple as walking (personal fav) It will even your blood sugar and clear glucose out of the bloodstream. It helps the tummy too! Donʼt go to the other EXTREME! Eating lots of sugar, and then not eating can higher blood sugar and cause them to crash, leading to low blood sugar + irritability which repeats the cycle. Eat breakfast its key (itʼs usually my largest meal ) it will rev up your metabolism! EAT the RIGHT food! You need to balance your blood sugar by eating food high in healthy protein & fat. So your body doesnʼt think youʼre in starvation mode and wont store extra glucose as fat. So if hungry,EAT. Also, I consume foods & take probiotics for a clean gut — helps with so many things skin, mental health, weight/fatigue! FLUIDS are key lots of salt, sugar, and alcohol dehydrate you. It will help digestion too.. (Try green tea and lemon!) SO if you have a set back donʼt make an excuse to forget your goals #FITFam!! From yours truly a past binge eater!
