Transformation Sunday ๐Ÿ’ฅ September โ€˜17 โžก๏ธ June โ€˜19 A year and a half..and a whole lot of sacrifice and developing of self discipline! Mental, physical and emotional transformations come from all the small, monotonous choices we make day by day. A few choices I make everyday: ๐Ÿ’งI drink 132 ounces of water everyday ๐Ÿ’งI do flexible dieting and track my macros ๐Ÿ’งI lift 6 days a week, and currently do cardio 5 days a week. I have worked up to this during a period of 19 weeks and started with 5 days a week workouts and 2 days a week of cardio ๐Ÿ’งI get in at least 10,000 steps and try to do one other physical activity each day ๐Ÿ’งI cook all my meals from scratch besides 1 Almond Vanilla Builders Protein Bar which is my treat (heat up in microwave for 8 seconds๐Ÿ˜‹). Not having processed snacks (besides that one โ˜๐Ÿผ) around the house helps me avoid snacking when I am purely bored. That just scratches the surface on some of my daily habits; fitness and nutrition wise!
