Took an unintentional “rest day” today.. And oddly enough I did a disturbing amount of cardio today. For me taking a rest day is hard especially if I am feeling good, but the body needs rest. I usually aim to have 1-3 rest days per week from lifting not from cardio or daily activities, I determine rest days based off of how I feel. 🏃🏾‍♀️✌🏽 @hannahredwood hannahredwood Hannah Redwood
