“I love you Rayy” . 100lbs weight loss . . “Rayy, you’re beautiful, strong, loving, courageous & an inspiration to many” . . Rayy, you’ve come a very long way. And you have a purpose & that’s to inspire the world one day at a time”. . . “Rayy, it’s ok to have setbacks, it’s the way you get back up is what matters most” . These are the things I have to remind myself of on a daily bases. I have to remove all of the negativity and doubt I often carry due to my past self. I been victorious! I will conquer! Why? Because I am ME! RAYY! The only people I’ve always needed to be. I have to stop letting the bad parts of life stop me from being great, because life is nothing but BEAUTIFUL! Have you ever just stopped, took a deep breath and looked up to the sky? Have you taken a walk lately? Gone to the beach? I do at least once a week. Just doing this once a week helps me to see the brighter parts of life and helps me to remember why I began this journey in the first place. Life is what you make it. If you let hate & depression set in .. it’ll be harder for you to let it go later on. Depression is what got me in that old body of mine in the first place. Depression kills guys! It really does! Mental, emotionally and sometimes physically. Don’t let that be you.. wake up and find your purpose because we ALL have one. Be ready at all time to pass on positivity to the person next to you. You never know the effect of something that small. Walk around with your head held HIGH. Finding this hard to do? Find help is needed. Remember, I love you & most importantly I love ME. Well done, when people say to me how have you and your girlfriend lost a combined 15 stones that’s (210lb), and what have you done to achieve it. I’ve always used meal prep ,just to be organised if nothing else. And the amount of money you save, it’s nice to see others lose weight, if the whole world gave more positivity we’d all maybe live that bit longer lol. Nice of see others making positive change.
