Table top - cat/cow, start the motion from the sacrum as you inhale arch your spine look up, and as you exhale round your spine starting from the sacrum one vertebrae at a time 2. Downdog - exhale round spine and roll into plank, inhale arch spine bend knees and roll back to downdog 3. Downdog - exhale round spine and roll into plank, inhale arch spine but keep legs straight and roll back to downdog 4. Puppy dog bounces - to open shoulders even more 5.
