Avocados 🥑 : not only is it a good fat because it’s rich of monounsaturated fat, they are also full of fiber which helps suppress appetite. In fact, they send signals to your brain that tell your stomach that it's full! Be conscious of portions though because they are high in calories. 2️⃣. Eggs 🍳 : Eating an egg for breakfast can help you feel more full! Why? Because it’s rich in protein and good fats! I like to have egg whites every morning and about 3 to 4 egg yolks a week. 3️⃣. Sweet Potatoes 🍠 : rich in vitamin A and C, plus they contain a special type of starch that resists digestive enzymes, making them stay in your stomach longer and therefore keep you full. 4️⃣. Oatmeal: the type of carbs in oats are slow-digesting and keep you feeling full for hours after breakfast. In fact, oatmeal is pretty low on the glycemic index. Just be sure not to overload it with refined sugar!
