I hate the word diet. And hell, no I am NOT on a diet. Diets are associated to restrictions, and while many believe that eating healthy = eating boring salads and magic cauliflower rice all the time, that’s actually not true. My diet consists of a balance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, legumes, healthy fats, and lean proteins and as a trainer, I'm committed to motivate others to make healthy food choices. Why? 1️⃣. it’s good for your health; 2️⃣. spoiler alert: getting in shape isn't easy, and isn't as simple as following some three-day cleanse. So instead of looking for quick fixes, make lasting healthy behavior changes!
