💊 SUPPLEMENTS 👉🏼 A common question I get asked is if I take supplements, and besides some daily multivitamins, the only thing I take is whey protein.
Why? Because, by observing my body, I noticed that by consuming a fast-absorbing protein immediately after my strength workouts, I increased my lean body mass drastically.
In fact, whey protein supplies your muscles with the amino acids they need to repair and grow.
That being said, it's very important to remember that supplements are designed to fill in the nutritional gaps of a complete and varied diet and not to replace actual food.
