🚨 V-CUT Abs Workout ⬅ Swipe left • SAVE • TAG a friend • for your next Abs Workout - How do you get this V-CUT? For a good abdominal musculature, the body fat percentage is the most important. Too much body fat = no abs. Still, you can work on your V-CUT by doing many hanging exercises. So that the exercises are not boring, I make constantly new variations. I don't have a fixed plan for the abs. Here are two of my favorites.
