Still learning... but I find that taking videos is the easiest way to see what needs to be fixed and the best way to make yourself better. 💪🏼

Be the girl that smiles at other girls. Give someone a compliment, find someone new to the gym and tell them they're doing awesome! You never know what someone is going through-- a kind word and a smile have the power to lift a heavy heart and turn someone's day around. Be that girl. 💕

This is why progress photos and measurements are so important!
Nobody will ever know the above numbers unless you tell them - they can only see your visual progress - so why put so much stress on something that makes no difference??
Create more than just a number goal for yourself, set motivation for yourself that means more than how much you weigh.
Examples:
• lose 3 inches in my waist
• see abs when I flex
• feel confident in a tank top

Top 3 things that are killing your metabolism and stalling your weight loss:

1. Not eating- make sure you eat frequently and HIT YOUR MACRO numbers, they are customized to you!

2. Not drinking- getting enough water is crucial for a well functioning body. Try getting 1 gallon of water in every day (or more, 1 gallon per 100lbs of bodyweight)

3. Not sleeping- you are on a new workout plan, tearing down your muscles everyday in the gym so you NEED time to recover, your body does it’s best repair work overnight (aim for 7-8 hours)
