This was a circuit and I took about 30 seconds rest in between exercises. I performed 4 sets and took 2-3 minutes rest in between sets. . You will be working your hip flexors a lot with this workout so prepare to feel like you’ve lost the ability to move your legs after each set 😂💪🏻🔥 . Hey! Can i ask you, why do you hold a weight over your head in the last exercise? Isn’t harder without the weight? Have been thinking about this for a long time so I would be really happy if you could answer my question!☺️
