Feeling overwhelmed by everyone’s New Years resolution posts? Usually they are huge goals that are going to take some work, which isn’t a bad thing! It’s good to have big goals! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But thinking of it in the way of ONE giant goal you need to get done miiiight stress you out 🤷🏼♀️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try thinking of them as daily habits that are going to help you get to where you want to be! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Small, attainable steps are what’s going to help you reach your goal! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you’re trying to lose weight, don’t focus on checking the scale everyday. Just focus on making small healthy changes that you’re going to stick to! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It could be making sure you go to the gym 3-4 times a week! 💪🏼 Or eating from home more often. Or making sure you’re eating protein and veggies every meal! 🥦🥕🥒 Or drinking a gallon of water or getting 10,000 steps in each day! All of these are healthy habits that will help you reach your goal! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
