Fitness for me is running away from negativity. There's not a single negative thing you can say about fitness. It always makes you feel and look positive. The harder you work, the better the outcome will be. It's a massive stress relief as well, and there's different types of ways to do fitness that can please everyone. Fitness is pretty cool πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I think it all depends on your outlook! If you dont use exercise to compensate for calories, to manage anxiety or try and manage bad body image then i think its great. Those things need to be developed mentally as its likely there will come times where you cant exercise and you need the mind tools to cope in those situations. Fitness isnt really anything for me. But exercise is all about having fun moving my body and because its good for us!
