Photo taken pre-death. . Turns out “cycling interval” is a wee bit tougher than just regular “cycling” 😂. Also could be that my legs were already a bit tired before I even started and it was early in the morning, but woof! I’ve never been much of a class person but it’s been nice to ease back into some workouts and not have to think too much about what I’m doing. I can certainly see spin classes becoming a part of my weekly routine. TBD if I try any other classes in the next couple weeks as well. . Because I don’t have any super specific fitness goals (ie bodybuilding or marathon running, etc) and rather am just working towards a well rounded level of health and fitness, I can focus on just moving my body in whatever way sounds fun to me that day. I think a good majority of us just are working to achieve good health so if you fall into that category, don’t be afraid to mix up your workouts and do what sounds good to you that day whether it be weightlifting, cardio, yoga, a walk or anything in between. I am so insanely proud of you. I know it is weird to say when I don’t actually know you, but having followed your progress I do feel sort of like an aunt you don’t see often. Lol. You are such a motivator for me. I tend to come home and vegetate. Seeing you moving and doing things even when you are tired gets my butt off the sofa. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.
