MOVEMENT. - SO, if a huge part of the answer to something that you want [weight loss] is simply movement itself, why not take the pressure off yourself of constantly focusing on weight loss & just simply FOCUS ON MOVEMENT? - start sweating & stop stressing. start moving & stop obsessing. start loving movement & stop dreading working out. - there’s such a negative connotation around working out for so many of you because THERE’S SO MUCH PRESSURE around it in the fitness industry. - you want to lose weight?! do this. eat this. you want to build muscle?! do this. eat this. no this. not that. workout 5x a week. only workout 2x a week. do hiit training. do long cardio sessions. how. overwhelming. - looking FIT, building that lean muscle, losing those extra lbs, etc simply comes from MOVEMENT [of course diet too, but you guys are following here] the key is just to find a form of MOVEMENT that allows you to sweat and is something you can look forward to. that’s IT. - someone’s yoga is someone else’s crossfit. your HIIT training can be someone else’s long distance running. - TRY NEW THINGS.
