I’m doing it! 💪🏻 Decided to go for it and do a fast, not sure how I’m going to get on but I often fast without realising it as I very rarely eat breakfast in the week and lunch is pretty much just black coffee and fruit. Got the app and there’s tons of info on it about how to do it safely and why it’s good for you. I’m hoping it will help me re-set mentally too after 2 weeks of eating and drinking anything I wanted to without a moments thought.
