First non travel thumbnail workout video 😂 it’s been a pretty different summer for me staying in Dubai this year (apart from @lollapalooza weekend which was epic haha) so haven’t really travelled around as much as usual. For sure lacking in that travel content🧐 but I still want to keep posting so here it is. - For any of you that have been indulging🍦 in these summer months or perhaps ready to get back in that gym game 💪🏽here’s a sweaty hamstring & pull workout for you guys as well as a little classic @Avicii to get you pumped🔥. I’m obviously still in that nostalgic festival mode.... - Also super pumped to be filming at the epic @trainbeachclub 😍 what venue!! - This is how it goes 12-15 reps 4-5 rounds. Go from one exercise to the next with minimal rest.
