Good morning loves🌞💕 . . . In the middle of another little snowstorm which can make it hard to stay motivated❄️ switching things up in my routine has kept me motivated through my own mid winter slump! I’ve recently switched my split and have given myself 2 rest days and a day of strictly cardio/abs. Let me tell you...my body has been LOVING it! My body was definitely feeling worn out from working out 6x a week and trying to keep up with a heavy course load and work load this semester.
