[-Commit to be FIT-] _ Gym motivation. We all struggle with it. Sometimes it’s nowhere to be found and you’ll want to skip the gym, that’s when you should go. Push yourself to go anyway. A bad day can be made better by going to the gym. _ Simple things that will help you with motivation: * going with a friend * Going at a time you feel most comfortable i.e when it’s quiet * Get a good gym playlist * Plan your session ahead * Have a pre workout meal/ snack to give you that energy boost * Get in the car and go. _ Don’t leave it to the last minute, try and make time for it- you can’t beat the feeling after a good workout so push yourself to feel good.
