SQUATS- 2/3, 250/551, 264/582 x, 267.5/589 (2.5kg pr)
This is the healthiest that I’ve been in a long time, and it showed with my squat and deadlift progress this time around. Despite being run down from losing the extra day I would’ve had to adapt, squats were still strong. My opener was very easy, and my 2nd attempt was easy as well, but it was called for depth for some reason, despite it looking exactly like my opener.
We decided to take a small jump for the 3rd and I bottomed it out to make sure depth was unquestionable. I wanted at least 272.5-275 and it was 100% there, but I had to take what I could safely get to build the total. I’m excited about where these will be with another few months to build.
This some voodoo. No way they could say that wasn’t depth in the 2nd.
