Simply feel it beating/pumping. . . 🏃🏻‍♀️ TYPICAL CARDIO - While doing typical cardio workouts (treadmill, running) does burn calories, it’s not nearly as effective as other methods. Invest in a proper fitness & nutrition plan instead. . . 🍷 WINE - While cutting out I quiz calories is highly recommended, you can still certainly allow yourself an occasional glass of wine (or two). None of that you need. I used iwatch over 2 years is really useless for workouts, using just answer a call or find my phone.
