It sounds more that You are just trying to make FUN.. Of zumba.. With this post.. Cuz how can u be comparing APPLES VS. TOMATOES?? when they are 2 different things.. Let whoever like ZUMBA do it.. Ur post should say..if you ENJOY ZUMBA..KEEP DOING IT .. BUT IF YOU ARE MORE FOCUS IN TONE , INCREASE UR STAMINA, strength and etc... Definetly add BOOT CAMP to ur weekly routine.

Being a Zumba instructor myself,i never stress on doing ZUMBA alone. I always suggest that they should do a combination of strength training and cardio. Zumba has its benefits..we lose fat as well..but it leaves the body with saggy hanging fat. Therefore i suggest weights and core exercises too. But lets not underestimate Zumba.

That’s funny because Zumba helped me burn off over 10kg of fat. Our class on Thursday clocked in at 650 cal burnt in one hour. Done right Zumba is very effective.
