Smith Machine Press
🔹Vital Workout to really add some volume to your shoulder workouts!
🔹Only tricky part about this is setting up the smith machine press to make your body as even as possible with the bar.
🔹This is one of my favorites after hitting a free weighted press because I don’t have to worry about stabilizing the weight.
🔹Go for at least 8-12 reps and 3-5 sets
