from leg day yesterday... my IG story saw it first😬don’t remember the amount of sets/reps i did, but it was intense! here are the exercises i did in their respective order: 1. hack squats 2. smith machine narrow stance squats alternating w wide stance 3. single leg leg press 4. bulgarian split squats w dumbbells 5. hip abductors (until infinity) 6. cable kickbacks hope that was helpful.. let me know if ya try it. happy saturday xo♥️ @melissakerman melissakerman
