How do I stay on track while vacationing without my cast iron and air fryer? • Our typical routine is to wake up and have coffee, workout and then have breakfast just like at home. It’s a usual 2 eggs cooked somehow and some veggies and possibly bacon if it looks good. • We play and then mid afternoon I make a hearty shake to tide me over until an early dinner. • Our dinner, just like at home, is meat and veggies...easy to find anywhere! • And yes, I stick to my 11-7pm eating window. I might be messed up the 1st day but right back on track by the 2nd. @melissamade melissamade MELISSA MCALLISTER
