Changing up my routine this week. I have no problem waking up early, but pushing hard my workouts at 5 AM has been a challenge. The last two days I’ve switch things up and have been doing some walking in the morning and saving my work out for a little later in the day. I thrive in routine and change sometimes scares me, but this change has been awesome! . I worked out today while the kids played and although I had to pause a million times, I was still able to push hard and it felt so good! . I can totally relate to loving a good routine! I love to get my workout in early, but today due to other commitments it didn’t happen until noon and that felt so weird!
