This morning the scale reminded me that patience is everything. I didn’t gain any weight BUT I didn’t lose the amount I wanted to either, remember you could could everything right like working out watching your calorie intake and still not get the results you want. That doesn’t mean you should have the “whatever I just can’t lose weight” or “I’m gonna stop weighing myself” attitude. Instead keep going, keep being mindful and keep being consistent. We all know this healthy lifestyle journey is NOT easy but it’s so worth it, don’t give up or beat yourself up. The weight will come off if you’re consistent (literally had to tell myself that this morning) I know it can get annoying but nothing good happens overnight. Also, I’ve always hated my thighs lately I’ve been loving them cellulite and all, I mean their still big but definitely smaller so no filter on them thangs!
