What’s your go-to snack?! 🤔Let me know in the comments!👇👇👇 . Snacks are one of my favorite things. 😍But, three years ago, I felt SO guilty having any. 🙈I thought that eating between meals was bad and that it would just add up to extra calories that I didn’t need. Because I didn’t let myself snack I couldn’t stop thinking about food and was hangry AF literally ALL the time. 🤬 I remember one day my then boyfriend, now husband, Joe offered me some of the trail mix he was eating as a snack. 😳He was so sweet that I couldn’t say no, so, I took a handful. 😬 1.) It was effing delicious 2.) I felt so empowered by breaking my no-snacking food rule (take THAT!) 3.) I found that my obsessive thoughts of food STOPPED once I actually ate some. 😲WOAH. After that day I swore off my no snacking food rule for good and life has been SO much better now that I am not constantly thinking about food. 🙌🏻And, my hubs is pretty happy that I’m not in a constant state of #hanger!😘 . One of my favorite snacks right now are @healthwarrior chia bars. I think I literally have them in every purse and backpack I own. 🤣They’re so convenient, taste delicious, and are a fab source of healthy fats that keep me satisfied and keep hanger at bay! Plus, they come in like a million flavors so I never get sick of them!❤️ . Ready to start breakin’ ALL of your food rules and end those obsessive thoughts of food, too? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️Snag my complete guide to becoming a food rule breaker🥳 [link in bio] so that you can start ⭐️LIVING⭐️ your life- not let it pass you by while you’re sitting there thinking about food!
