I’ve been doing @blogilates workouts since I was 15 - which is SIX years ago! How crazy is that! I’ve been doing them on and off as I figured out what works best for me. I’m now a certified @poppilatesofficial instructor which is crazy to me - I get paid to teach other people the fitness I grew up with! I love it so much!

2012:) first video I did I planked weird and dislocated my left shoulder lmao 🤣😭 blame it on my joints
