The modification will also give you a bit of a stretch if you lean into it.โ  โ  To do the advanced move, start in a high plank position. Walk one foot up so that it is resting flat next to your hand (you should be in a low lunge position). Walk the other foot up to the outside of the opposite hand, Walk each foot back to high plank, one at a time.โ  โ  To do the modified move, start in high plank, but bring your knees to the mat. Lift one leg up and bring your foot to the mat next to your hand. I do a similar plank a little bit more dinรขmica in my days of bravery. I call it lizard plank jumps (screaming legs, core, arms๐Ÿ‘Œ)
