I take life day by day give myself some grace but also remember to be honest: am I being lazy or am I truly too tired. ⁣ ⁣ Workouts: I typically don’t workout on days I work unless I’m feeling it. This means hitting it hard the other 4 days and not messing around. I still only spend about 1 hour in the gym but I don’t mess around. I’m working hard, minimal rest, and heavy weights. ⁣ ⁣ Mealprep: I stick to my prep, never go to the cafeteria and stay out of the break room. I try to stay full- it’s too easy to reach for the candy, cupcakes and donuts if I’m starving. And no shame just ate a @squareorganics bar while I was peeing #multitasking #tmi ⁣ ⁣ Sleep: do what you have to do- sometimes I have to say no to events because I NEED to sleep⁣ ⁣ Water: CHUG! Just found your account recently. I’m so grateful for all of your suggestions and recipes! I am a nurse too and I either eat junk all day or I eat nothing. I’m doing my first meal prep this week using some of your posts for inspiration! Also joined a gym for the first time in my life last month and genuinely enjoy the me time it gives. Hope to find my stride soon and start cutting down some of my fat and increase some of my energy. Thanks for all you do!
