My transphormation challenge goal is a little different than most. . I have been training for roughly 14 years now and to be honest, when it comes to gaining strength or losing fat.. both come easier to me than most. I am very VERY thankful for that. . I can't honestly say that I understand the struggle when it comes to achieving those goals, at least not from first hand experience. . I want to be there for everyone that needs support throughout the challenge and to do that, I need to put myself in a position that I am not comfortable, one in which I will struggle immensely. . To do this, I am going to do something completely out of my comfort zone, something that I SWORE to myself that I would never do... a Half Iron Man. (Broken down, its 3 events that I said I would never do) . In addition to training for the Chattanooga half iron man, I am also going to increase the intensity of my weight training. . Instead of a goal...I will make a statement and I challenge you to do the same for what you set out to accomplish. . For this years 1st Phorm #mytransphormation challenge, I am going to become stronger and I am going to keep as much mass as I can hold onto so that when the week of the Half Iron man comes, I will deadlift over 700 lbs and complete a Half Iron Man within 7 days of eachother. .
