That extra hour you set aside for waking up early to workout and prep your meals is one of the best investments you can ever do for YOURSELF. Last Saturday I had a small window to drive down to the gym, smash my workout, go back home to shower and get dolled up for the wedding I was going to. I could’ve easily skipped the gym but I was determined to make it work and I did 😅 From a sweaty, greasy Meg at 1pm to a wedding ready version at 4pm, it just goes to show — if there’s a will, there’s a way 🙏🏻 MAKE TIME.
